Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and WagerBlaze (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2.1 Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use WagerBlaze. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed and their data deleted.

2.2 Geographic restrictions

Access to social gaming platforms may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of WagerBlaze complies with local law. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain countries.

2.3 Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. Two-factor authentication is available, and we recommend enabling it.

2.4 One account per person

You may only create one account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created to exploit bonuses will be closed and their coin balances forfeited.

3.1 How you get coins

Coins are granted free of charge — through daily rewards, missions, bonuses, promotions and gameplay — and may optionally be purchased in packs. Purchasing is never required to play, and purchased coins behave identically to free ones.

3.2 Purchases are final

Coin packs are digital goods, delivered and consumed immediately. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your card details.

3.3 Memberships are a recurring subscription

A membership bills on a repeating cycle until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in the shop, which also holds your payment methods and invoices. Cancelling stops future billing; coins and cosmetics already granted are yours to keep, and — like everything else here — cannot be exchanged for money.

3.4 No pay-to-win

Purchases affect cosmetics, coin balance and convenience only. They do not alter game odds, house edge, rank progression, or the outcome of any round.

3.5 Coins are licensed, not owned

Coins are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use a feature of the platform. They are not your property, do not constitute a stored-value balance held on your behalf, and carry no cash value on account closure.

Where offered, Sweeps Coins are a separate promotional currency. They are never sold: they are given free, for example with a Blaze Coin purchase or through the free daily claim. Sweeps Coins are governed by the Sweeps Coins Official Rules, which decide who may take part, from where, and whether and how Sweeps Coins can be redeemed. Section 3 applies to Blaze Coins only, and the Official Rules apply to Sweeps Coins only.

4.1 Provably fair

The following games use a provably fair algorithm: Coinflip, Knight Arena, Slice & Dice, the battle modes, Jackpot, Premium Jackpot, Crash and Spinner. For those games you can verify every round with the tools on ourprovably fair page. Our other house games (Mines, Tower, Keno, Upgrader, Roulette, Blackjack, Plinko and Quick Roll) use a server-side random number generator and cannot be independently verified by players.

4.2 House edge

Each game has a documented house edge, disclosed on the game page.

4.3 Play limits

Minimum and maximum play amounts are displayed on each game.

4.4 Finality of plays

Once a play is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or reversed. All plays are final.

4.5 Prohibited practices

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and coin forfeiture:

• Collusion with other players
• Use of bots, automation, or third-party software
• Exploitation of bugs or vulnerabilities
• Bonus abuse or manipulation
• Fraudulent activity of any kind

4.6 House-operated accounts

WagerBlaze operates automated house accounts (“bots”) that play real rounds on the platform. These accounts appear in lobbies, round participant lists, leaderboards and activity feeds alongside human players, and they are included in the “active seats” figure shown on the site. They play under the same rules, odds and house edge as everyone else, and they hold no informational advantage: they cannot see other players’ plays, hands, or unrevealed server seeds, and their presence does not alter the outcome of any round you play. The prohibition in 4.5 applies to players automating their own accounts; it does not restrict the operator’s own house accounts described here.

5.1 Bonus terms

Each bonus has its own terms, shown in plain language where the bonus is offered. The first-purchase bonus terms are on the bonuses page.

5.2 Bonus abuse

We reserve the right to remove bonus coins, and coins won with them, if we detect abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or coordinated play.

5.3 Right to modify

We may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

WagerBlaze provides tools to help you keep play in proportion. They are available in your account settings and take effect immediately:

• Purchase limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps on the Blaze Coins you can buy; raising or removing one waits 24 hours
• Session reminders — a scheduled prompt showing time played
• Cooling-off — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7, 30 or 90 days, not cancellable early
• Self-exclusion — permanent account closure

We do not send promotional messaging to accounts that have set a limit, begun a cooling-off period, or self-excluded. Further guidance and independent support organisations are listed on our responsible play page.

7.1 No warranty

WagerBlaze is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.

7.2 Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WagerBlaze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

7.3 Loss of coins or progress

Coins, ranks, cosmetics and progress have no monetary value. We are not liable for their loss, whether through account closure, technical fault, or the discontinuation of a feature or of the service.

8.1 Your right to close

You may close your account at any time from your settings or by contacting support. Because coins have no monetary value, no balance is paid out on closure.

8.2 Our right to close

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

8.3 Forfeiture

If your account is closed for violation of these Terms, any remaining coins, bonuses and cosmetics are forfeited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of WagerBlaze shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Curaçao. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
